How To Return Items:
If for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible, and our team will take care of your request.
Hours of operation on weekdays:
9:00 am-18:00 pm
Items Eligible For Return:
- Products that are damaged or faulty
- Orders that arrive incomplete
- All returns must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition which they were received.
Please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 working days of delivery to request an item return.
Credit May Be Returned To You In The Following Ways:
- As an exchange (as appropriate) for another item.
- As a refund to your account in website.
- A refund payment to your credit card institution.
- A refund payment to your bank account.
Items Which Can’t Be Returned:
- Products can not be returned more than 7 days of delivery.
